The latest issue of dish has arrived just in time as spring brings unpredictable weather with some sunshiney days but chilly nights. Filled with recipes to soothe us through this ‘in-between’ season, we have Indian-spiced fried chicken, a Mexican fiesta and Italian feast, outrageously over-the-top sweet slices from Olivia, and wildly flavourful cabbage dishes from Melie. We also nip over to Waiheke to check out the latest places to eat, drink and play, and finish up with our judges’ selection of New Zealand’s best rosés. So, as the country settles in for the Rugby World Cup and the general election, we think it’s time to get busy with our own FUN & GAMES.
